Defendants
William Orlebar of George Street Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman one of the above named Defendants maketh Oath and saith That he hath perused and attentively read over all those parts of the Call Book and Day Book mentioned and set forth or referred to in this Deponents schedule and in the order of this Honourable Court dated the sixteenth day of November last which are sewn up and covered with blotting paper and that such parts do not contain any minute memorandum or entry relating to or in any ways touching or concerning the above cause or touching or concerning any matter or thing in the pleadings of the said cause mentioned or referred to
And this Deponent further saith that only such parts of the said Call book and Day book as are hereinbefore mentioned and which are left open and uncovered contain any minute memorandum or entry relating to or touching or concerning the said cause or touching and concerning any matters or thing in the pleadings of the said cause mentioned and that the minutes memornda and entries in such open and uncovered parts of the said Call book and day book are the same and all of the same as are referred to in the answer and Schedule of this Deponent and in the said order of this Honourable Court or as in any way relating to the matters in the pleadings of this cause mentioned or any of them
